If you meet all of the eligibility below, you can apply for a loan with us. You are:
- At least 18 years old
- A permanent resident of Australia or valid visa holder
- An owner of a vehicle that’s registered in your name
- Currently employed, for at least 3 months
Yes, if you have other loans, then you can still apply for a loan with Red Tree! We look at your ability to repay the loan, taking into account your living expenses and other financial commitments. We will only approve your application if we believe you can afford to repay your Red Tree loan.

At Red Tree Finance, we do approve loans for Centrelink recipients, however, you must also receive an average of $300 a week in employment income.

At Red Tree, we understand that mistakes can happen. If you happen to miss a payment, a dishonour fee of $35 will be applied to your loan and the length of your loan will be extended so that the missed payment and fee can be repaid. You can always contact our team and make additional payments to catch up on any missed payments or to simply pay your loan off quicker.
When you apply for a loan, you can opt for either weekly, fortnightly or monthly payments. Your repayment dates, frequency and amount can be found on your loan contract and monthly loan statements. Alternatively, Contact our Customer Care team, who will be happy to assist.
